Shipping Policy: A2Z Sports & Apparel Group ships products within the United States and Canada. Standand Shipment for products is 5 to 10 business days. Orders will be shipped using the following carriers: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS. Products weighing over 50 lbs will be shipped the most cost effective carrier. Customers will be notified of any backorder within 24 hours of order receipt. Credit Cards will not be processed until inventory is verified.
A2Z Sports Return Policy - Please Call or E-Mail us to obtain a RMA# prior to returning your item. Write the RMA# on the outside of the package and include a copy of the original packing slip. All products must be returned to:
Products eligible for a refund must be in the original packaging (i.e. Bat in original packaging not damaged and in new condition. Please include a copy of your packing slip to expedite your refund. A2Z Sports & Apparel will notify the customer by e-mail upon receipt of the returned merchandise. A 15% Re-stocking fee will be accessed to all returns. All returns must be sent prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend using insurance for your return shipment.
Pricing Policy: A2Z Sports & Apparel handles more 2,000 items on our A2ZSportsDirect website. A2Z Sports & Apparel is not liable for Corporate Apparel, Team Uniforms, Sporting Goods and Sports Equipment Pricing Errors. Customers will be notified of any pricing errors before an order is processed.
